Is the prayer mat suitable for daily use?

Yes. The Layali Starlight Prayer Mat is designed for regular daily prayers. The materials and electronics have been selected to provide a comfortable prayer surface while maintaining durability for everyday use.

How do I clean my prayer mat?

The Layali Starlight Prayer Mat contains fibre optic lighting and electronic components, so it must not be machine washed or submerged in water.

To clean your mat:

• Use a slightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface.

• For stubborn marks, use a mild fabric cleaner on the cloth.

• Avoid soaking the mat or allowing water to enter the fibre optic or electronic components.

• Allow the mat to air dry completely before use if any moisture is present.

Can the prayer mat be machine washed?

No. Machine washing may damage the fibre optic lighting system and electronic components. We recommend cleaning the mat using a damp cloth as described above.

Is the lighting safe?

Yes. The fibre optic lighting system is designed to provide a soft ambient glow and operates using low-voltage electronics. The lights are intended to enhance the atmosphere of your prayer space while remaining comfortable for use during prayer.

How long does shipping take?

As we are currently in our launch phase, orders are being accepted through pre-order. Our first production run is scheduled to begin shipping from 5th July. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your mat, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. Our team will work with you to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
